I always find it difficult to pack going away on holiday. I try as much as possible to match outfits prior to packing so I know that the clothes I do bring will match. I however never know what mood I will be in when I’m away so I usually pack one or two more outfits than I need. Luckily I have a big suitcase so I never lack space. In this post I thought I’m showing you some of the favourite outfits I wore on holiday earlier this month.
This four night holiday in Spain was only intended to be relaxing and getting a lovely, even tan. Naturally, I didn’t need many clothes options and definitely not during day time as all we did was lazing about, either at the pool or the beach.
I brought two bikinis, both new for this year. I can’t remember when I last invested in a decent bikini so I thought I deserved two. Both of them are halterneck as that is what I feel most comfortable in and I also feel they look a lot more attractive when the bands are tied up. Luckily these two bikinis are very supportive so I was able to have the bands down most of the time.

As we weren’t allowed wearing swimwear at the restaurant I did vary between different outfits for breakfast and lunch. I love being able to wear shorts and it’s only this year I’ve also braved it buying a pair of white shorts. They look really nice when the legs are brown and somehow also feel more summary. You can read more about where I got the tank tops from here.

This blue denim dress is one of my favourite buys this year. I love when you find something you weren’t necessarily looking for but a soon as you see it, you know it has to be yours. This was only £12 as well which is a great bargain. I prefer it during summer time with bare legs but it works just as well with tights and a cardigan.

The hotel restaurant were strict on evening wear so we had to dress up a bit extra and I didn’t mind. It’s always nice to clean up after a whole day at the pool and the beach. Ever since my colleague wore a long summer blazer to work I knew I had to get my hands on one too and I did. This is from Gina Tricot and they have similar left in stock.
I wore this blazer very night combining it with different dresses and my favourite combination: striped pencil skirt and black tank top.
