Shoot the Bull in Trinity Kitchen

Trinity Kitchen* has yet again changed the street food line-up. I went to check them out and absolutely fell in love with Shoot the Bull from Hull. They’re definitely the star of the show this time around. When I read about them it was the sound of their seafood mac n’ cheese and rice balls that I liked the sound of. However, their menu changes depending on location. In Trinity Kitchen, they’ve focused on beef burgers, chips and the Canadian special – poutine. Shoot the Bull Poutine I’ve never had poutine before but I love trying new foods so gave it a go. Poutine is a Canadian dish consisting of…

Summer Street Food Line-Up in Trinity Kitchen

It’s become a tradition for me to write about the street food line-up in Trinity Kitchen. Each and every time I’m surprised how quickly time pass between each changeover. How is it the 1st June and start of summer already? The summer line-up is as follows: The Luxury Diner, Burger & Lobster Brothers, Wanderer Junk Food, Jenny’s Jerk Chicken, Thai Khrim, Vincenzo the Prosecco Van and Jah Jyot. A couple of news ones but also old time favourites and the latter two staying on from last time. I’m not at all surprised that Jah Jyot are staying on from the last cycle, I raved about them in my previous Trinity Kitchen post.…

    Must Eats in Trinity Kitchen

There’s a new line-up in Trinity Kitchen in Leeds. Doesn’t it feel like just the other week I told you about the February line up? Well, time flies so those have been replaced by seven new street food vendors. On offer is Eat Like a Greek, Jah Jyot Punjabi Street Food, Chimney Chicks, Gondola Raclette, BangWok, Vincenzo the Prosecco Van and Angus McVenison. I have only tried Eat Like a Greek before and as a Greek food lover, they’re ace. It’s nice to see that many street vendors come back so if you don’t get the chance to try them the other time around, they’ll hopefully be back. One thing I…

    February Line-Up in Trinity Kitchen

Trinity Kitchen. The best food court I’ve ever been to. It’s perfect for nights out with lots of people who like different foods, for weekend days when you want to grab something quick but still delicious or for times when you want to try lots of different food all in one place. On a regular basis, six vendors change and I went to try the first line-up for 2018: Pavs Dhaba, Dapur Malaysia, Slap and Pickle, Mr D’s Magnificent Pie Machin, Christopher Gowan’s Steak Sandwiches and Wagyu Lookin’ At?. So much food for one night so I couldn’t possible try it all. The Pie Machine was unfortunately closed so I’ll…

    Now Showing in Trinity Kitchen

Trinity Kitchen in Leeds is one of the best places for lunch for more reasons than the food. It’s the coolest food court I’ve been to. No I haven’t been to loads but if they all looked like this, maybe I would. It’s the perfect option if you need a quick bite or you want to make sure everyone you’re eating with will find something they’ll like. It’s also great if you’re out eating on your own as it’s so fast paced no one will really notice you’re solo dining. I was solo dining here over the weekend and I’m prepared to say that the current street food line-up might…
