    York is a city I try to visit at least once a year. Although I have my favourite spots (hello cheap as peas pints at Kings Arms) there’s always something new to discover every time I return. During mine and my mum’s visit earlier this month, no different. We walked the wall from the Micklegate Bar entrance for the first time.     Do you remember a while ago when I went to Lighthouse Union Store’s speed friending event? You might recall I was also the lucky winner of an afternoon tea treat for two from Jameson’s Café & Tea Room. They had kindly donated it as a prize in the evening’s raffle and my name was drawn out of the bag!!! I was very surprised and thrilled to have won this and during my mum’s visit, I finally got to go.
