    Mother’s Day Gift Ideas

    Mother’s Day is only one week away. How will you be celebrating? My mum (as you probably know) is Swedish so she’ll have to wait till the end of May before I celebrate her. It’s interesting that Mother’s Day doesn’t fall on the same day worldwide. The reason why it falls on the last Sunday in May in Sweden is because of the selection of flowers. Around that time of year, many different flowers are available. I guess that’s why it’s in March in England? Flowers are definitely the most common gift to give on Mother’s Day, I reckon anyways.     Prepping for a Wintery Smile

    Smile! I am a very happy person in general so smiling is inevitable for me. I am however reluctant to show my teeth in pictures of myself. I don’t like my teeth as despite not smoking or drinking tea and coffee, they’re yellow and stained. I have no idea how this has happened. I brush them twice a day (it has happened that I forget but that’s max one day a month) and floss regularly.     Santa Bath Bombs from Lush |Blogmas #7

    This might come as a shock to everyone, at least everyone in the blog world, this weekend was the first time I’ve tried a Lush bath bomb. Apparently everyone loves a bath bomb so I thought I probably will too. To keep with the Christmas theme I bought two Santa bath bombs: Dashing Santa (£2.95) and Father Christmas (£3.65). The latter has a sweet candy floss fragrance and will apparently make the water go green. I’m saving this for nearer to Christmas so won’t find out till then. Dashing Santa makes the bath go light pink but for some reason the pictures show a dark orange colour. I do like…
