Giving my Home a Skull Decor with Studio.co.uk

It’s Halloween!!! A holiday I’ve never really celebrated as it’s not common to in Sweden, or as popular in the UK as it is in the US. It’s funny when you think about it, it should be my favourite holiday of the year considering how much I love skulls. This year, I see it as an opportunity to extend my skull decor by bringing in more of them to my home, thanks to Studio. The majority of their Halloween products are skulls so it was an easy task for me to pick out my favourites. Halloween Skull Decorations You might remember that back in spring, I shared a wishlist which included…

Preparing My Living Room For Cooler Weather With Studio.co.uk

My living room is the room where I spend most of my time. When I first moved in to this flat, a bed and sofa were the two first pieces of furniture I invested in. I have gradually added furniture since, most recently a desk to go in my bedroom. Prior to the desk I was sitting at my kitchen/living room table working away at my lap top. Since assembling the desk, I’ve spent more time in my bedroom. With colder weather coming though, I’ll be back on the sofa in the living room to watch my favourite TV series. I love wooden floors and to walk barefoot but with…

Simple Work Desk Setup with Studio.co.uk

It’s September, a month which to me resembles the beginning of the end. It’s sad isn’t it but I love summer so much and I’m desperately clinging on to it. Today is the first day of autumn and I’m so happy it’s a sunny and crisp day, makes it a lot easier to cope. September is so close to Christmas which means that the year is almost over. For some, September means a new beginning and I’m going to try my hardest to see it like that this year. September is when the schools start again and people are coming back from holidays getting stuck into work again. I actually…

Sleeping Better with a Leesa Mattress

I like to sleep. Actually, love is a better word to use. I actually think that I should have added it as an activity in my previous post about what I like to spend my time on. When I was little I couldn’t think of anything worse than going to bed. I was scared of missing out on things if I went to sleep. Getting older and I appreciate it so much more. Is there anything better than going to bed when you’re so tired you can’t keep your eyes open? Or when it’s cold and you just want to be snuggled up under new clean and fresh bedding? How…

    Corners of my Home

If you follow me on Instagram, you might have noticed that I’ve shared a few photos from corners of my home. The hashtag #cornersofmyhome is what inspired me to share them with you here as well. I’ve lived in this flat for nearly two years now and I really love it. More and more areas are starting to shape up and although there are more things I’d like to do, I have a couple of favourite spaces. Corners of my Bedroom The bedroom is fairly big with a lot of empty space. I’ve kept it simple with a rail and tall chest of drawers to keep my clothes in. I…
