    I’ve not been running for almost two months. It’s really bad but summer sort of got in the way. I was really proud of myself completing a 10k mid summer in just over an hour and I was am determined to be able to complete the same distance in under an hour, my ultimate goal!     The first week of January felt so long, at least the work week. I don’t think I’ve wanted a Friday so badly as this one!     It’s 2016 and January so I guess most of you, including me, are wanting to stay healthy and fit this year too. #FitFoodBMF Recipe Book is a good start to help fuel up with healthy food, before and after exercise, and for any other meal to be honest.     I was one of the lucky to be invited to the BSN Product Launch at Predator Nutrition in The Light in Leeds. They had arranged for famous bodybuilders, James ‘Flex’ Lewis and Carly Tierney, to attend as well and answer any questions that we would have.
