So far autumn has been amazing this year. We’ve had so many nice sunny days lately and even after the temperature dropping severely over the last week, it’s been gorgeous. I prefer a cold, sunny, dry and crisp autumn day over wet and windy days but then again, who doesn’t.
The leaves changing in colour has gone really fast and I feel like I haven’t had a chance to enjoy it properly. I’m forever living in darkness leaving home early and coming back late. It’s not the best season for blog photos but luckily we have a gorgeous tree path not far from work were Charlotte and I headed one lunch time for these pictures.
I love this autumn outfit. Almost everything is very recent purchases and I think they all go so well together. I feel very snuggled up and sassy if I may say so. Sometimes, less is more.
Coat – New Look
Scarf – Primark (old)
Boots – bonprix
Dress – & Other Stories
I’ve never been able to wear high boots. My calves are far too big to fit in decent looking boots and for a very long time have I been walking around in awe of others wearing them every autumn and winter. Finally this year, I’ve lost weight and toned up my legs with running so now I can fit a pair of high boots and I’m so happy.
I can even fit a coat from the petite section. Who would have thought. I didn’t realise it was from the petite section until I noticed the arms were shorter than what I’m used to. The dress is my favourite of everything, it’s so warm and comfy – perfect for the season. I love that & Other Stories has come to Leeds.
